Behavioral Assessment Vendors

Many argue that behavioral based testing is the most predictive. There are many different types of behavioral based assessment for all types of positions and industries. With most behavioral tests it is critical that you also have a transportability study that says the test is valid in your current environment. When considering behavioral based assessments make sure you ask the vendor how they validate their assessments in your organization.
